Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns or exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
– The board must have no scratches.
– The sealed bags containing the pieces must remain unopened.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us via call or WhatsApp at 01552681020. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your package back.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item in person and take the other model you prefer. However, if you’re unable to visit us, no worries, we’ll be happy to arrange the return and exchange with our delivery partner for you.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we’ll ask you to provide a preferred payment method for the refund. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be completed.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover all delivery charges, and you’ll receive a full refund. If the return is requested for personal reasons, a 4 % service fee will be deducted from the order value to cover payment processing and cash-on-delivery collection charges.
